Sir-In the next five years, I see myself growing in the banking field, with Axis Bank. Sir-My role model is my father.- He is a very honest and disciplined person.- He always works hard and takes care of our family, without complaining. From him, I learned the value of hard work, responsibility, and never giving up. I want to follow- his path and become a reliable and respected person in my life.

Sir-I will give my 100% to my job.- I will learn everything quickly, - follow the rules, and do my duties honestly. I will talk to customers politely and help them with their needs. I will also promote bank products and try to achieve my targets. I believe in teamwork and will always support my colleagues. I want to grow with the bank and help the organization reach its goals.
4. Explain your experience working in a team and how you contributed to its success
Sir-During college, I worked in many group projects. In one project, we had to present a business plan. I helped divide the tasks among team members, and I also prepared the slides and did the main presentation. I motivated my team when they were tired and made sure everyone finished their work on time. Because of our teamwork, we got good marks. This experience taught me how important coordination and communication are in a team.
5. Share a person you look up to who manages time very efficiently
Sir-I really admire my mother for her time management skills. She wakes up early, finishes household work, helps us with our needs, and still finds time to rest or read. She plans everything in advance and never delays work. Watching her taught me that proper time use leads to a peaceful and successful life.

Sir-In college, once during a project, two of my teammates had a disagreement. Both felt the other wasn’t doing their work properly. I listened to both of them separately, understood their points, and then brought them together. I suggested a fair way to divide the remaining work. They agreed, and we finished the project peacefully. That experience helped me learn how patience and calm talking can solve problems.

Sir-First, I learned the importance of teamwork. In college, most of our projects needed coordination with others. Second, I learned time discipline—completing tasks before deadlines. Both these qualities are very important in any job, especially in banking where teamwork and timely service are key.

Sir-During my final year in college, I led a project on financial awareness for students. We had to plan, organize, and present in front of teachers and students. I coordinated everything and handled the main presentation. Our project was selected as the best.
