The seat and venue of arbitration shall be in NCT of Delhi. The language of the arbitration proceedings shall be English. Award made in pursuance thereof shall be binding on all the Partie
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws in India, and the Courts in NCT of Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any subject matter of this Policy. Any disputes relating to this Policy between the Parties shall be subject to Arbitration, as mentioned in the Arbitration Clause of this Policy.
