Arbitration
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy between the Parties shall be referred to arbitration.

The seat and venue of arbitration shall be in NCT of Delhi. The language of the arbitration proceedings shall be English.

This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws in India, and the Courts in NCT of Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any subject matter of this Policy.
