About the Program
- The Probationary Officer Program for Sales and Relationship Management is a Postgraduate Diploma co-created by the Manipal Academy of BFSI and ICICI Bank. The program has a balanced approach of providing relevant knowledge, developing deep sales and relationship skills and shaping required behaviours. The Probationary Officer Program for Sales and Relationship Management is a 1-year residential cum on-the-job training program. Students get to specialize in different areas of sales and relationship banking and hone their skills to deliver their best. On successful completion of the training program, students are awarded the Post Graduate Diploma in Banking by Manipal Academy of Higher Education and absorbed in ICICI Bank as frontline sales and relationship managers in Deputy Manager Band I grade.

Axis Bank Young Bankers Program
- The Young Bankers Program co-created by NIIT University of BFSI and Axis Bank provides young graduates with a head-start towards a career in banking. Potential Young bankers are selected by the bank and are then equipped with banking knowledge and skills through our Learn-Earn-Grow model. The curriculum is a mix of classroom sessions, practical learning and internships. This approach to education helps students develop a comprehensive understanding of banking. On successful completion of the program at NIIT University of BFSI, students are awarded a Postgraduate Diploma in Banking Services and the opportunity to work with Axis Bank.
- Eligibility-Location-PAN India
- Educational Criteria-Graduates or Post Graduates from any stream with 50% and above in their FINAL year of graduation OR aggregate of 50% and above in all years of Graduation.
- Candidates in the Final Year of their Graduation/Post Graduation who have appeared for their examination & are awaiting results are also eligible to apply for the program.
- Final Year mark Sheet & Degree certificate will have to be submitted before the commencement of Term 1 at the time of registration.
- Graduation Degree (10+2+3 patterns ) is compulsory.
HDFC Bank Future Bankers 2.0

- Future Bankers Program is a 1-year professional diploma program by HDFC Bank in collaboration with Manipal Academy of Higher Education, one of India’s leading educational institutions. This program has been structured to provide a “real world” experience to future banking aspirants.

- Educational Criteria-
- our need to be 21 years of age or less than 27 years of age as on 01.06.2021.
- You need to be a Full Time Graduate with a minimum graduation percentage of 50%.
- You should not have any relatives working with HDFC Bank or in the Future Bankers Program.
- You should not have any pending legal cases in any court of law.
Axis Bank Fintech IT
- It is an 18-week program comprising 11 weeks of online training and 7 weeks of live online project. Post the successful completion of the training program, the candidate will join Axis Bank as Deputy Manager, IT.
- Topics covered:
1. Agile practices
2. Spring boot
3. Javascript
4. Cloud concepts (AWS)
- Eligibility- Engineering/ Science graduates (any branch) and MCAs.
- Basic coding skills in C++, Java, Python required
- Should be a graduate of 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021 batches.
- Starting Salary 8 Lakh P.A
