It gives me immense pride to share the journey of SciNext Group Skills & Technology Pvt. Ltd. A Unit of Si Group's, vision that started back in 2017 with SIPL Pvt. Ltd. and has today grown into a trusted name in Edu-Tech, Skill Development, and Workforce Transformation.

With over 8 years of professional experience at leading organizations such as Tech Mahindra and IBM BPM (BPO-IT domain), I witnessed first-hand the importance of skilled manpower, corporate readiness, and industry-driven training. That experience inspired me to build a platform that could bridge the gap between education and employment — and that’s how this journey began.

Aligned with Skill India Mission, NSDC, BSDM, and MSDE, our organization has successfully trained and placed thousands of youth across India, contributing to both national workforce development and corporate growth.

Now, as we step into a new chapter, I am excited to announce the launch of our Soft Skills Training Programs with SciNext Group Skills, designed for the BFSI and IT sectors. These programs focus on corporate grooming, communication, cross-selling, digital business growth, social media mapping, mock interviews, and 100% placement assistance. With this initiative, we aim to prepare professionals who are not only skilled but also confident, adaptable, and future-ready.

The Journey of SciNext Group Skills

The story of SciNext Group Skills & Technology Pvt. Ltd. is one of vision, dedication, and transformation.

It began in 2017, when our founder Saurabh Kumar – after working with industry leaders like Tech Mahindra and IBM BPM for over 8 years in the BPO-IT sector – decided to pursue his dream of building an organization that would bridge the gap between education and employment. With this vision, he established SIPL Pvt. Ltd., focusing on skill development and manpower outsourcing.

Phase 1 – Foundation (2017–2019)

• Launch of Shining Info Pvt. Ltd. as a skill development company

• Partnership with Skill India Mission, NSDC, BSDM, and MSDE

• Execution of government-sponsored training programs across India

• Focus on training youth in employability skills for IT, BFSI, and service sectors

Phase 2 – Expansion (2019–2021)

• Growth into new verticals:

  • Adwayne Services Pvt. Ltd. (HR outsourcing & staffing solutions)

  • SIPL Finance Pvt. Ltd. (financial literacy & career-linked support)

• Development of Hire–Train–Deploy (HTD) model for corporate manpower

• Placement tie-ups with BFSI companies and private enterprises

Phase 3 – Diversification (2021–2023)

• Establishment of BFSI Skills, a dedicated vertical for banking & financial services training

• Pan-India operations with thousands of youth trained and placed

• Strengthening of partnerships with corporates, banks, and IT companies

• Adoption of digital training platforms to reach students nationwide

Phase 4 – Transformation (2023–Present)

• Launch of SciNext Group Skills & Technology Pvt. Ltd. as the flagship brand

• Introduction of future-driven Edu-Tech platforms and corporate training modules
